Here's how you can help!
Please contribute to your student(s) class basket and project.
The auction parent for each class has either sent home or emailed a letter advising the parents of the follow things:
The theme of the auction basket and or class project.
The donation amount or specific items they need donated by each student. (keep in mind cash donations are tax deductible)

INFORMATION FOR
Auction Room Parents and Auction Donors
Attention Auction Room Parents
Every class basket and class project will need a procurement form attached to it and here are a few quick reminders to make it easier for you!
1. Make sure the estimated value is filled in. You will find this area in the upper right corner of the form.
2. Please give a detailed description of all the items in the basket.
3. Any restrictions or expiration dates of any items in the basket must be written in the restrictions area.
4. Please have the teacher's name on it somewhere so we know whose class basket it is!
5. All class baskets and class projects MUST be turned in by March 19th or they won't be in the auction catalog. (Sorry no exceptions)
6. All donated items, class projects and class baskets must be delivered to Natalie D’Angelo’s home on or before March 19th. You can contact Natalie at natndom@msn.com or 360-668-6868.
7. You can also bring your items to the PTA meeting in March 18th.

Class Basket Checklist
Please have your class basket presentation ready Include a typed or neatly written itemized card of the contents of the basket Make sure that the basket is securely wrapped in clear cellophane A copy of the procurement form is attached to the basket
