Come join us for MEDITATION CLUB where we will learn: - moving meditations - - sensory meditations - - sound meditations - - art meditations - - imagination meditations - In this meditation style, we focus on welcoming thoughts and feelings and finding calm through the building of emotional resiliency. |
Winter 2025 Meeting Dates:
K-6th: meets every other Wednesday, beginning in January
- 1/29, 2/12, 2/26, 3/12
When: Meets in person after school, 2:50 - 4:30. Students will need to be picked up after club meetings.
