Join our Science Docent Team!

The Science Docent is a PTA funded, parent volunteer run program with the purpose to engage all level of students and encourage curiosity of the scientific process. Lessons are pre-planned. No science experience is needed to volunteer!

We use the Mystery Science Curriculum (mysteryscience.com). Each video lesson provides all instruction, lesson, and discussion prompts. Science Docents simply facilitate the discussion and activity.

The lessons are pre-planned and the labs are simple to set up.

Would you like to be a Science Docent? Let your student's teacher know! There will be an introduction meeting at the beginning of the year to explain how the lessons are handled.
